A postgraduate in international negotiations from Mackenzie Presbyterian University in São Paulo, Guilherme Amorim has 17 years of experience in implementation of public policies for planning, development and management of projects in internal and external markets. During his professional tenure, he has been responsible for trade intelligence, research and analyst relations, international affairs, fund raising/M&A for tech companies and relationship with investors. His analytical skills, sharpened during more than 12 years working with competitive landscape analysis, market research, trade intelligence reports, data analysis, ad hoc researches and economic reports for Textile, CF&T and Tech markets, have made him extremely knowledgeable about Corporate Venturing ecosystem, scouting startups and scale-up tech companies for investment funds, CVC initiatives and Corporate’s acceleration programs, an asset in his current role as the head of international affairs at Softex’s Investment and Trade Intelligence areas.
