Rafael Sakr is a teaching fellow at the University of Edinburgh School of Law. He is an expert in international law, international economic law, and banking and financial law. He holds a PhD from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), an LLM from the Columbia University Law School, and an MPhil in Law and also an LLB from the University of Sao Paulo (USP).
